bank of america..is already a bad review for me...we ask lady at front cash our check...lady took money n our acct...jus deposit our check...they listen to customer...now we have to pay over draft fee....
customer service non existent. bankers don't respect appointment times (daniel i believe), and tellers rude and just want to get off the phone (cathy).
I went into this location to get a cashiers check. I did not have any issues getting it printed and or waiting in line. The customer service was good. The location is not ideal and annoying but I would rather have a location on the east side than nothing.
Unfortunately my official Bank of America e-mail survey expired. I wanted to address my concerns directly with BOA. Are these Google reviews monitored? How do I discuss customer service issues with a local branch manager?
Opens at 10am... I'm with another bank but I have to deal with this one. My other bank is open long before this one. Customers waiting in their vehicals outside waiting for 10am is silly. Come on open at 8am...
