They never answer their phone, tellers are not trained to be polite nor do they know how to treat people. Spoke with Santiago Perez (Center Manager) and he was absolutely un-caring in regards to finding a solution for me. I literally closed me account the same day.
Terrible customer service, snarky tellers. They NEVER answer the phone. Don't bother calling the phone number Google has listed unless you like to waste your time and get frusturated while still getting nothing accomplished.
Just go inside the bank and stand in the line forever.
I've had great experiences here. Santiago has always been a friendly and helpful person.
No 24/7 fraud reporting. I will never bank at a BoA again. This location did not handle my fraud situation appropriately allowing an account to stay open which allowed checks to be written to and from my account. I was left dealing with the aftermath at least a year after my purse was stolen. Money was returned, but it was hell to deal with.
I’ve never seen a bank teller as slow as Hannah or Alfred that work here, and that’s saying something because BofA has the slowest tellers in the banking game. this place ALWAYS has long lines and these people that work here could care less if anyone is in a hurry .. always a horrible experience here. makes me want to change banks.
