Bad service, half open so half trying. Go to a different branch if you have the option.
My account was closed due to fraud, and Nubya was there to assist my needs to the full extend and really made me feel cared for as a customer. She has a great and cheerful attitude which is really needed during these hard times with Covid-19 and certainly knows her banking information. She is yet another reason why I chose to bank with Chase, thank you Nubya.

I have been visiting the branch for years and all of the stuff are so pleasant. They have their peak times yet always provide outstanding and exceptional customer service! Kuddos to everyone.
Came in to.close account and the manager told me to call and do it. Well Mr Mgr I came to the bank to close it. Me and another customer were waiting to be seen and someone else walks in and he helped them first. Come on Chase. This is twice in 2 weeks I'm have issue with your reps. Julie Reynolds stepped in and was very helpful. Mgrs should not eat cupcakes during business hrs. People like Julie are helpful.
Chase bank must train their “branch managers” to be as crooked and dishonest as they can be! Shocking that they can stay open with their slimy ways.
