I love Sam's club. They always have a big selection of big variety of things. When I went into the store I first saw a lot of Halloween items but they also have a lot of Christmas decorations up very pretty very comforting. Can't forget Thanksgiving I did see some beautiful floor mats which is part of their Thanksgiving decorations.
Always busy but usually has plenty in stock and friendly staff who will always try their best to help. Our 3 purchase for my girls we have a kitchen, Barbie mansion, and now market place. Quality is awesome and even with assembly required it's well worth it!
The Customer Service that I received from the gentleman at the self service check was awesome. The associate took the time and shown me the Sam's Club app which would allow me not to have to wait In line. He was very pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable and I think that he is definitely someone that I would want working for me. Please let him know that I said to keep up the Good Job.
I guess you can't even enter the store if you aren't a member. I wanted to look around and maybe become a member but I guess I'll just go to woodman's because they're better anyway. The person at these door was also very rude.
Good experience, but no Clorox bleach in the warehouse!
