There is one receptionist she is mean all the others are really nice
Look elsewhere. Constant turn over employees don't stay long. Poor customer service. When you have an issue with your trip its up to you to solve it yourself. Agents just want the sale with little or no help afterwards.
Worst agency ever! Run don’t walk away from this 2nd rate agency. They will screw you at every chance you give.
Great place, great people
Can't personally comment on Adelman. However, this site shares it's location with an Aurora healthcare facility which is fantastic. All staff, from the receptionists to the medical staff are very kind and attentive. Two thumbs up.
