I've used these guys twice and have been very pleased. The first time was to get a mystery stain out of some suit pants and the second was to rescue my wife's white linen dress. They were able to magically dry-clean out a bunch of bleeding red dye from some apparently poorly-stabilized patterns. We'll be coming back.
They are the best in town. Have known them for years and their quality is the best.
This place was asked to mend a small tear on the sleeve of a Barbour jacket. Ended up sewing the sleeve together essentially blocking my arm from entering the sleeve. Upon confrontation they asked for more money to fix the issue and when I declined they cut a 3 inch tear in the sleeve to remove a couple centimeters of stitches. Essentially ruined a 300$ jacket. Do not use this place.

Will never come back!nLost my dress and a top couple months ago, I was going to pick it up . But that’s not all.nBrought a jacket , and 2 sweaters couple days ago to clean. Had some little spots by the collar on the jacket to clean. When I came to pick up items, spots still were there. One sweater had a hole in it. Left it so it can be cleaned properly and repair sweater .2 days later came to pick up the jacket. The spots that by the collar were cleaned, but noticed bigger sort off water marks on the sleeves. I inquired about them, I was told that this is what it is and it won’t get better. I couldn’t believe the arrogance that this woman clerk used to tell me that I have to pay anyway .She actually raised her voice trying to bully me. How unprofessional!
