I am from southern Wisconsin, but visited Milwaukee to eat and shop. I stopped in to ask about servicing my GMT II and look at their current Rolex inventory. Michelle was fantastic, she answered all of my questions knowledgeably and concisely. She made me feel very welcomed although it was my first time visiting Schwanke-Kasten. 10/10 experience and I hope to be a future customer for the long foreseeable future.

My go to Authorized Dealer for my Rolex cravings. Although some Rolex models now require significant wait time , Michelle & Karen always do their best to make me happy. I wouldn't think of buying Rolex anywhere else anymore. Thank you S&K!

Schwanke-Kasten recently serviced my 20 yo Rolex 16570 Explorer II Polar. Through the entire process they kept in touch with me, informing me regularly what has been done and even sent me photos and a short video clip of my movement. They are my trusted Rolex and Grand Seiko AD. Highly recommended.

I found Schwanke-Kasten through the Grand Seiko website when looking for a specific watch from an authorized dealer. I emailed them directly and Charlie was able to shoot back a quick response. Throughout the process Charlie had great communication and I was able to purchase the model I was looking for. They sized it perfectly based on the wrist measurement I gave them and I received it via overnight shipping. Based on my experience I will be back for more jewelry needs in the future. Thanks!

When Rolex announced the new OP I thought it was an incredible value in a Rolex steel watch. I love 18K gold and this is the perfect everyday piece. I have not had the best Rolex AD experiences in the past, but meeting Angelo and seeing this store was worth the drive. My customer experience was world class, I was completely impressed. I look forward to buying my next Rolex from Schwanke and Kasten next spring... or sooner if Rolex threatens another price increase.
