Very pleasant used car dealer buying experience with Chad and everyone else at Automax. I told them what I was looking for, they didn't have it on the lot but within 24 hours they had a car for me to look at, which I ended up buying. Quite satisfied with their mechanical inspection and the repairs made in making the car ready for me. They offer an optional aftermarket 'bumper to bumper' warranty. My only caution to you might be that, if you have a particular mechanic you like to use, make sure the mechanic will accept working with this warranty company if staying with your chosen mechanic is important to you.

Shout out to ALAN STAFFA, he is the BEST sales person in AutoMax, Farmington. He really knows his work and help me to get my car. Easy to work on and very helpful and accommodating. I have been sold an all electric car I can’t even drive. I bought it on Thursday and was told the charge cord was being ordered and would be here on Saturday. I left the dealership with not a whole lot of charge left. Saturday rolls around. I was told it was ordered off of AMAZON and it wouldn’t be here until Monday. Well it’s Monday and you guessed it. Received a call it’s not here yet and won’t be here until tomorrow or Wednesday. I haven’t been able to drive a vehicle I just bought!! If I had an emergency I seriously wouldn’t be able to make it to the hospital. Who does this? Yes. Auto max does this. This isn’t my forever car and have every intention of trading it in within the next couple years. Definitely will avoid this place. I am also looking for a Pickup for my Dad right now. It will definitely be bought elsewhere. Never again.
