I have called multiple times and no one is answering or returning my calls. I do not live in AZ so I need someone to answer the phone to help me. Unfortunately i think there is only one person there to answer phone calls. Try calling the general extension and staying on hold if you can’t get through. Once she answers she is really nice and quick.
What is happening to customer service? I received a text that I owed money and I have not lived in Flagstaff for over 4 years. No idea what it is about. So I called and was on phone 30 minutes listening to a radio station. Send a letter detailing what the fine is for please.
My case has been pending for 3 months now and I been trying to call the court during those 3 months to ask basic questions about my case and what I can do to satisfy my case but they never ever pick up the phone. Not once.
City court is.quick to send out letter for late payment but the time they say their busy their sending out letters., they'll charge you all fees they possibly can. I was told there is only 2 people answering phones. Make sense to hire service to answer calls with all the extra fees they add on. Worst thing is to call the number they have listed because they do not answer. I left numerous messages that were never returned. I made time out to resolve my fines in person to be told I was rude. I guess it takes rudeness to know rudeness dealing with the city court on beaver in flagstaff.
I've been trying to call for 5 days now. No one will ever answer the phones. This makes it impossible to pay or even set up a court date
