New in town and needed to get a primary care for my wife who has some medical issues. This was one of the only places with decent reviews and an available appointment anytime soon. That appointment was for 9am on Labor Day. I scheduled the appt. online and then immediately called the office and was reassured that yes, the appointment is real and we'll have the telehealth visit even tho it's Labor Day, and they confirmed our appointment info was set up on their end. Well guess what? We signed into the telehealth visit 10 mins early and then sat there for 40 mins with no sign of anyone showing up. Called the office and listened to their "we'll be right with you" message for almost 20 minutes and then finally hung up as it seemed pretty clear no one was actually there. After refreshing and re-signing in several times throughout the hour, we finally closed out of the telehealth page at 10:01am, a solid hour after our appointment time, still with no sign of contact from anyone at the practice. The telehealth page we were waiting on was accessed directly from an email they sent us, complete with appointment time and everything listed, but I tried setting up our patient portal account from the automated email received that morning too just to see if there was another way to try to contact the clinic, but after 3 attempts, the site still wouldn't send us the "code" via text that it says is needed to set up a new account, so that was inaccessible to us too. As far as I can tell, even tho I called to verify that our appointment was viable, the clinic scheduled us for a false appointment, and we wasted our morning sitting around starting at a waiting page for over an hour because of it, and even worse, lost out on what was going to be our only chance for the month to get the ball rolling on my wife's care here in Flagstaff. Thanks guys.

Nitza is down to earth, honest and straight to the point! I wouldn't trust another primary care in Flagstaff. I would recommend making an online appointment because it was really easy.

This clinic is by far the best clinic have been to in a long time. The provider I see is Kathy Barth and I can not say enough wonderful things about her. Every one at the front reception is so very helpful and kind. I have never seen an office so concerned for my well being. Thank you

I don't usually post bad ratings but my first time at the Yale St. location was last summer and the front desk ladies were very sweet and kind but when I got into my doctors appoitment I felt very uncomfortable. I am originally from Hawaii & I haven't gotten my own doctor here in Flagstaff until I needed to renew my inhaler for my asthma. The doctor made me feel rushed and ashamed for having asthma. They made me feel like I was lying that I had asthma even though I brought my old inhaler and old prescription that just expired due to my move throughout the years. After that appointment upon checking out, I told the recipetionist that I was very uncomfortable and she was very kind & said the next time I want to make an appointment they would be happy to give me a new doctor because no one should feel that way at a clinic. (About 8 months later..) I called yesterday to make an appointment for my asthma again & to get a new doctor, however the recieptionist was very rude and not concerned on how the last doctor treated me even when I explained my situation. She used terms I didn't understand so I politely asked her to explain them to me and she seemed bothered that I was uneducated about medical terms. Point is, she refused to get me a new doctor because its a "process." (Even though I was willing to go through the process) I wish I got her name. Unfortunetely this place has lost my business for good because I never want to feel uncomfortable or an inconvenience at a clinic and I hope no one else gets treated this way after me.

wonderful service, friendly staff, and helpful navigation through insurance policies! I am glad they are here.
