My husband has been experiencing some pretty severe health issues and we have tried desperately to find a good pcp in Flagstaff with no luck. We were recommended to see Dr. Miller by a friend and healthcare worker in Flagstaff who had seen this doctor just once but was impressed. At their recommendation He scheduled with Dr. Miller and received the first appointment which was 2 1/2 weeks out. The day before the appointment the office called and said Dr. Miller was no longer accepting new patients and they’d have to give us a different provider. After having been given the run around And receiving poor care by 4 other Providers in this city this news was disappointing and frustrating. Provider offices should not cancel the day before an apt and tell a new patient who is sick and in need of care that they can’t accept them after all. I called the front and issued my complaint in hopes that In future they will take better care of their patients or potential future patients. The one good thing I can say is the front desk was very receptive and understanding. It looks like Flag is not the place to go if you want good care. Hopefully Phoenix has produced providers that are interested in helping out both new and existing patients.

Dr. Miller is the best! She has great bedside manners, is wonderful with our baby, and makes us feel like we are her only patients. Flagstaff is so lucky to have her!

Flag Family Care is a wonderful clinic - Dr. Miller is a great addition. Our daughter doesn't have a meltdown during flu shot season! They are friendly and Dr. Miller is great with kids!

Our family just started to go to Flagstaff for a doctor instead of Williams, and Dr. Miller is wonderful!

Friendly office staff and a smaller office- that means no waiting around the big clinic with babies screaming. I call it a win.
