There was a wheelchair accessible area with a railing that people can view trophy fish in what they consider fish sanctuary spawning grounds. There are two parking lots to accommodate overflow parking. There is a small parking lot down below for people with wheelchairs. Start going about 4/20/19

Seems like the city really doesn't care about the up keep. But the fish are fun to watch
