My wife lost the diamond to her ring. I thought for sure this was going to be a painful shopping process to replace it. These people made it surprisingly pleasant. I never would have thought this. Thank you all for making this experience less painful than it already was because she had to replace it.

From the moment I entered Feldsteins, I had a sense of calm when Tommy greeted me. After 25 years, I brought my wedding ring in for repairs. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they perform all aspects of repairs in-house! As he examined my ring, he not only pointed out the needed repairs, he also appraised it for me.nnTommy is a Gemologist that also reassured me of his knowledge and expertise as well as the person repairing my ring. He also assured me my ring would look the same as when I bought it. Less than one week later, it was ready. It was GORGEOUS looking better than when it was purchased! As I left the store, I raised my hand to my husband waiting for me outside. He saw from a distance the amazing sparkle and shine it had.nThank you Tommy, well done! Patricia

Feldsteins continues to set the standard for customer service. I am Active Duty Air Force, so I live all over the world. Despite the tyranny of distance, Feldsteins has always been there to talk through my jewelry needs and have even sent me multiple items to consider. Even when I was assigned overseas, they were able to help me design an anniversary ring for my wife. They are always responsive, professional, and thorough in all transactions. I highly recommend Feldsteins.
