Great customer service from my experience and also great service in general. I generally bring my vehicles here for; oil changes, flat tires and new tires. Haven't had anything go wrong so I would say they are pretty good. Their customer service is also pretty spot on and they are pretty knowledgeable and friendly.

Called a day in advance to check prices on 2 tires and alignment. Was told that it's first come first serve, so I asked what time they open for business. I was told at 7:30 am. So the next day I got up early and left home at 5:30 because it takes an 1 hr and 30 min to get to farmington from where I live. I got to the building 20 minutes before they opened. Went in as they opened, was told that there was some already ahead of me.. 🤔 they just opened. Anyway I waited all morning for 2 tires to get replaced and a wheel alignment. By the way I had done all the time rods inner and outer, ball joints and struts myself about 2 months ago. All I needed was it to be aligned. My point is I arrived before the store opened and left around 11: 30 . Too long of a wait I think! I hope to get better service next time around.
