I knew I had mice in my home, but I just couldn't figure out where they were. I looked everywhere, thinking I can handle this on my own. I mean they are mice. They should be that smart. I guess they were. I couldn't figure out where they were. Annette had a problem at first too, but she stuck with it till she figured out where they were at. She was like a Sherlock Holmes. Love that she kept looking and inspecting till she found it, then she took care of the mice. Very professional the whole way. Definitely the person to call in the future.

I understand why they have such a high rate of customer satisfaction. These guys are really good at what they do. From the person who answered the phone call until I got to actually talk to their owner after the job was done, I had nothing but good things to say because of the experience. They really do a good job, and make you feel like you matter. At least somebody understands how you're supposed to provide service.

We found two snake sheds in our yard in one week. We had not seen any snakes to date and were surprised by the find. One looked to be about 3-4 feet long but went into a hole and so it could have been much longer as it was quite wide. The other was complete, much thinner, and 5 feet long. I sent pictures in to see if we needed to be concerned as we have dogs. We were relieved to find out that they are rat snakes. That could explain the disappearance of the gophers I have been trying to get rid of.

We had a small number of bats in our attic and Luke recommended that the most sensible thing to do was to use some kind of funnel that the bats would use to get out of the house but would not allow them to get back in. He told me that this would be a real cost-saving choice for us, and that he would come out again a few days later to fix up the entryway the bats were using to get into the attic. It totally worked! Two days later there were no bats in our attic, he removed the funnel, and sealed loose board where they were getting in. Awesome job!
