This company is amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff. They will do everything possible to keep your home and family safe from pests. My tech pro Rex was so awesome, and I give him 10 stars!!
Due to the amount of 5 star reviews on google, my company was very interested in using this company! Unfortunately, we have tried getting in contact with them multiple times over the last 7 days. I am very disappointed. I was hoping for better customer service based upon the great reviews.
I have been using Bulwark in Prescott Valley, AZ for over a year. They have always been responsive to my needs and very friendly and respectful. Today Rex came to spray the perimeter of the house and inspect for any problems. I told him that since the last visit, I have had no bug problems. Rex also sprayed my garage. When Rex finished, he came to the front door and showed me wasp nests he had found on one side of the house and out back in one area. I had never noticed wasps let alone nests. But Rex was very observant. There were no live wsps in any of the nests, so the spraying is doing the job outside as well as inside. I'm a very satisfied customer.
I’ve been a client for over 3 years. Good service, professional. They send an appointment notice the day before and show up on time. Bottom line, I virtually never see anything moving in my house but me.
Current technician is a young guy named Chance. Sent me a text after he’d left to remind me to change my cats water dish because it got hit with a little overspray.
Good people. I’d recommend.
We started using Bulwark back in July and we couldn’t be happier. The company’s customer service is outstanding. Our technician, Rex, is by far the best! He’s communicative, thoughtful, and thorough.
