Have been very fortunate to have Mr. R. lee Music as my agent. He is such an outstanding agent in many ways. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is also able to relay information in a way that is easy to understand. Listening to him talk with a 21 y.o. about auto coverage options, I learned a great deal myself. With attention to the most minute detail, R. Lee Music was instrumental in the successful refinancing of my home in 2020.

Lee Music genuinely cares about his clients. He takes the time to explain the legalese of the insurance business so that lay people, like myself, can understand the specifics of the insurance they are attaining. Lee has been extremely helpful with some issues I had with previous insurance by helping me cancel out of state policies. After which, he reached out to make sure everything had been settled and to ask if I still needed assistance with the issue. Again, by taking the time to walk me through what the different policies specifically offer, he has also been very helpful with my home insurance. I highly recommend Lee Music as your insurance agent as he has always gone above and beyond to help me with all my insurance needs and, perhaps more importantly, to ensure I thoroughly understand my current and upcoming policies.
