We been with Allstate for years. My family vehicals are all covered with this company. We had been in 2 accidents that wasent our fault and Allstate never handle anything for us. We called them and they tell us we have to pay more for them to represent us and deal with the other insurance... The other party that had hit us help us through the whole ordeal. 2 times Gieco insurance has taken care of us and even took the time to help us with question. As for Allstate they have told us to handle it ourselves. I mean for 46 years with them and this is what they say to us? Geico has made sure we were safe and asked if we need an ambulance and even paid for our rental! I am so disappointed with Allstate. I am currently looking for another insurance. I've been with Becky Halstead: Allstate Insurance for about 7 years now. They have always provided me with great Customer service and the best possible policy for my insurance needs. Thanks to Becky Halstead and her staff, insurance is one thing I dont need to think about.

Becky, Chris, Heather and the whole staff at the Halstead Agency have been so wonderfully helpful, reliable and caring, always making extra efforts to watch out for our every insurance need. We truly know they care personally about us, and are always very willing to put extra time and effort to make sure to handle our concerns thoroughly, promptly and professionally. Everyone on their staff gives individualized, personal service, works hard to give competitive rates and excellent advice, and have watched out for some very specific concerns of ours! We’ve been with them for many years and can’t recommend them highly enough!
