We just tried Ogden's last month and they've done a great job cleaning our dress clothes and winter quilts.
I have always been happy with Ogden's service. Been going here for years and I think they do a great job. Always quick getting in and getting out. Pants and shirts are always pressed correctly.
They lost my jacket and they kept telling me they needed more time to look for it. They refuse to admit they lost or have away my jacket..no compensation offered, only a store credit which means I have to return to their for services. They lost business and trust to leave my personal clothing or items with them.
*Please read* There are issues with tailoring at this place. Their policy apparently is to do alterations the day they are due to be picked up, which is why you see all the reviews of everyone not getting their stuff done. They had over a week to tailor my suit and didn't do anything to it when I went to pick it up on its due date. They presented me with the choices of 1. Just taking it back (with all of the clips still in the suit) and voiding the process, or 2. Waiting another week. I know tailoring places in flag are slim, but PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE!
The seamstress isn't good and doesn't complete tasks on time. The clothes I brought in weren't worked on at all, even after they had them for 2 weeks! I encourage everyone to find a more reliable place, not worth it!
