I've used Ogden's Cleaners, both west and east, for several years now. I'm always happy with their speed, cost, and quality, and their employees are personable and informative.
This last year I took a bunch of my linen clothes in to be tailored. These items were made in custom colors to order from the maker, so I was hesitant to take them in for alterations but finally gave in. The seamstress at Ogden's was quick, professional, and confident, while also letting me know various options for how the alterations could be done and which would be the most successful. There was a bit of a wait due to a back up, but they were able to accommodate my vacation dates with no problem. The alterations were fitted perfectly and really improved my already-beloved items! Whenever I wear them I think about how great a job the seamstress did, so thanks a bunch, folks.
Good service. Will continue to use their services. But sheesh guys. You can at least pretend to be a little bit happy. Definitely feel like I’m an inconvenience for ya based on your attitudes. I’m not always a happy person at work either so you get a pass from me. But maybe try the “fake it till you make it” strategy. It works fairly well. Honestly trying to help... hate to see people having a bad day... especially every time I see them. Perhaps leadership needs to do something to make the day more enjoyable? Possibly some customers are prickly?... but not all of us! Have a nice day!
I took some suits in for alterations, and they were quite, getting them done on time. With that said, the seamstress did a good job at making me look like a million bucks. I'd recommend for alterations, if not in a time crunch.
They do a pretty good job here. Been bringing my clothes for dry-cleaning for about a year.
