Customer service is everything. I spent 10 minutes looking for a product that the auto zone app says was in stock. Finally asked for help but on this day, they failed to have awareness of who had been in the store and that a customer "in house" should be helped before the ringing phone. I won't say I'll never return but they certainly won't be my first choice. Many other good options in my town. I go to businesses that want my business and provide excellent customer service.
Libby Shelton at the East main AutoZone is the most helpful smart automotive specialist that I have ever dealt with in my life you are very lucky to have her as an employee.

A heck of alot better from yrs and yrs ago when I stop coming here hated the staff but totally better than 20 yrs ago
