Both Charles , my sales rep, and Dawn, in the financial department were excellent. Both responded so well to any of my questions , with kindness, consideration , and affability. I certainly wish both of them well always. The world needs more people like them, with their good cheer, clear knowledge of that which is at hand, and willingness to help me in any way that I asked. It was my privilege.
We had a tire start dropping pressure and made emergency stop in marshfield to get it checked. V&H worked our vehicle in for check, found nail, plugged tire and gave us update on test of tire condition. They were very helpful, professional, and we felt safe to be back on road and continue our trip. Their service charge was very reasonable. Literally my family had used V&H for decades and their excellent service continues to hold true.
I dropped my car off for an oil change and to have it detailed inside and out.nThey are always so friendly and welcoming in the service department. They did a great job detailing my car. After having issues with my Uconnect system and not getting anywhere with Uconnect customer service even though the issues are well known and common to them, the team at V&H Service center were amazing! Jason and his team went above and beyond to troubleshoot and get me the best price for a working unit.
