We were unsure of how our first movie after 5 months would go.Well, Marcus Cedar Creek Cinema went above and beyond.nEveryone was masked and gloved and very helpful. They positioned a manager at entrance to explain everything and help you navigate thru this experience.nYou even order your consessions online and they have them set off to the side, so contact with personnel is at a minimun.nI commend the Marcus Corp, and this theater especially. We felt as safe watching the movie ss we did before Covid-19.nThanks again for all your hard work.nWe will definitely be back soonnnMike and Susan
A nice place to see a good movie with friends. Did a nice job of social distancing and sanitizer was available.
After 6 months of being away from the theater, our first night back, we spend $60 on 3 of us to enjoy a brand new movie that just released, only to have our experience ruined by unruly fellow moviegoers and unreliable staff. We tried to report the unruly moviegoers to a “manager” girl with short hair and glasses —she said she would take care of it and yet no staff ever came in to deal with them. It was only until 10 minutes later we walked out of the movie (a second time) to complain about the unruly people and the same “manager” was rude to me but finally contacted someone to go and deal with the problem. We won’t be back. I hope someone addresses this with the staff. I believe the people watching the movie were friends with the staff or maybe even employees.
They're doing their best to keep people safe and in grateful they are open. Had to drive 2 hours to get the theater experience. Friendly staff.
Besides the higher prices, this theater is very comfortable and relaxing. I enjoy the experience everything. I also dig the new way you can pre order food.
