Fantastic service. Fast and professional. Not a bad spot for an oil change. Every time I visit is very convenient. It's a little pricey but well worth ut Also got to see a teacher totally lose her cool on the gentleman. Dude stayed cool.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Followed strict covid-19 guidelines.....definitely a plus. Staff was knowledgeable and thorough and was able to apply coupons I found online with no problems. Would have given them a 5 but inside of store was dirty. Floors weren't clean. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a couple days at least. Didn't go in to the restroom. I always get excellent service at the location I went to so the dirty floors weren't a major concern as their quality of work and customer service are stellar.
Service was friendly and efficient. However, vacuuming the car is included in the service and that did not take place. Prices are getting a little steep but good job overall. Vacumme excepted.
Great job on the full-service.... terrible job of allowing customers the freedom to choose how they'd like to be inside the store, they DID NOT have complementary drinks/snacks, the employees demanded that customers wear masks "properly which they were very rude about or they would not receive service. Thus only earning 1 star.
I had a radiator flush done. I was never informed changing radiator caps was part of the service. I recieved an inferior cap when I had upgraded radiator cap 2 days prior. Jiffy Lube did not return my used part, so I will have to purchase another cap.
