Rude rude rude! Obviously the pharmacy staff hate their jobs and take it out on their customers.
I have used this pharmacy for over 16 years and have had the most excellent, professional service from all the staff, especially the two pharmacists, Matt and Heather. I would never consider going elsewhere.
Been havinf them fill my daughter's prescriptions for years. Always very helpful and friendly. Only place I get refills.
These people are rude and need a refresher course in customer service. Just a little hint when someone comes up to your window, saying hello is a good way to start a conversation. Not just by rudely saying name with an attitude. Oh and the Pharmasist he is another story, no personality, no phone etiquette, not personable in the least and everytime he is asked a question its like he is being put out for doing his job. Safeway you need to replace the people who work in the pharmacy, take a clue from target CVS employees, if they took my insurance that's where I would go.
The pharmacist is extremely rude.
