The Records Department is so ineffective I shudder to think about what they do all day. I ordered an incident report quite a while ago and have never been updated on its status despite multiple calls and requests. Out of the five times I called over the past month of waiting, I’ve been given the run around every single time, regardless of alerting them that I am on a deadline from an insurance company. I’ve been promised calls back to never receive them. I’ve been promised updates to only be placed on hold to have no one return. If you ever need to request a report, try doing it prior to your incident even occurring, that what you’ll get it on time.

I noticed, that people who speak good about police, don't even get half of thumbs up, as opposed to people who had bad experiences with police get almost ALL the thumbs up. Goes to show you: there are no good cops by definition.

What a joke this police dept is. We came from out of town and parked on a side street to avoid our Airbnb’s snow covered driveway. In the morning, there is a police aide standing by the car with two other people. He immediately threatens to tow the car, not understanding the snow on the driveway would make the car get stuck. I said I can’t move the car, it’s not good in snow and where could I move it. He said take a shovel and shovel your driveway. He didn’t offer to help or find a place to move the car. He started laughing and brought two other officers over to stare. So I moved my car to my driveway and it got stuck. I had to have my neighbors help pull me out while the cops sat in their cars watching. They offered no help and instead threatened to arrest us if we tried to park at the mobile home park again. We left Flagstaff after this and don’t plan on returning. Also filed complaints.

Horrible "trained professional" answering a 911 call. Absolute joke. A medical professional who doesn't know what vertigo is? then hangs up after speaking harshly and impatient? Complete joke.
