John is a really nice guy. I could tell he really cared about my family and our experience when we visited Flagstaff over my kids winter break. My husband and I both work full time, so it was nice that we had John to plan activities. 100% recommend going to the Lowell Observatory if you have kids interested in science and outer space. I was just looking at pictures from our trip and thought I would write this review :)
John is notably the best travel planner in Northern Arizona, we wanted to visit Flagstaff with family, and he guided us all the way with an amazing package to the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and a guided train ride (which was hilarious at our age... but completely a unique experience).
