Awesome place sliding scale needed dental work would of had to pay 500 for what I needed at any other dentist in town payed 70 here in and out great dentist too

I am not happy with services of PMS lately, I needed MRI on my neck and Cody Lewis, PA at PMS suppose to submit request for MRI and usually it takes 7-10 days to hear from insurance company, but I was waiting for 3 weeks and nothing,.. When I contacted my insurance Presbyterian Centenial care, it took them a while to find my info, but when they found it, the file was empty. What it means that PMS started the process and didn’t finish it! After a month my authorization request expired, PMS gave me an app day just for me to leave them slone, they knew they didn’t get authorization, SoX-ray associates called me to reschedule my app cos it’s impossible to do MRI without authorization! Anyway my MRI is still not doneandvi am still in pain! This is how PMS in Farmington helping people!🚙

Called for work purposes and female that answered was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Similar place
