I was very excited to do the trolley party as I had done one before in another city. Once I received confirmation that I had signed up I didn't hear anything else. I didn't know the event was cancelled until an hour before my time when I CALLED them to confirm whether it was still happening because I had not received any follow up information. I am sure this trolley party is also a great experience but the communication to customers is really lacking.
