My son was in a car accident and suffered a neck injury. When the driver's insurance called me to offer money, I knew I needed assistance. I had heard many great things about Scott Butler so I gave him a call. He handled everything from there. It was just a relief to not have to communicate with the insurance company! Thank you!

A family member was talking about possible medical malpractice. I knew that Scott was a personal injury attorney so I got a hold of him to see if he'd be willing to talk to my family member. He was very quick to reply that he is happy to talk to anyone- he doesn't specialize in medical malpractice but he would make sure to get them where they needed to go. I appreciated that he didn't hand my family member off to someone else before talking to them himself. I appreciate his quick replies as well. I would highly recommend working with Scott at Fitzpatrick, Skemp and Butler!

Scott Butler has helped a few people I know with very sensitive issues caused from accidents. Most people are afraid to call a lawyer, but he is incredibly approachable and made all of their experiences easier, and got them more than they thought they would! Don’t fight the insurance companies on your own! Give Scott a call he’s awesome.
