My fiance and I stopped at this location to look at engagement rings and Ashlynn helped us out so much with finding the perfect ring. She provided outstanding customer service and provided all the information about the ring and protection plan and everything to go with it. We will definitely be back to shop for our wedding bands from her! Amazing atmosphere and customer service!!

I would suggest that anyone that purchases jewelry from Rogers and Holland get the lifetime warranty! I have had my ring for 5 years now. We've had to send it back multiple times due to diamonds falling out. This has been a long standing issue for us. Literally wore it for 1 week after getting engaged before the 1st diamond fell out. It's even been lost in transit before and was found at a different store. The last 2 times I had to call the store, because no one called me, to see if my ring was back yet after waiting 1 week from when it was supposed to be in. I've personally talked to the DM about it. We were told that we could upgrade the ring but it had to be more expensive than the original and we'd have to pay the difference. We had heard such great reviews from family and friends, but it saddens us that our experience has been so poor.nnI've rated this company with 3 stars because even though our experience has been terrible, we love the ring and are extremely thankful we have the lifetime warranty!

When my boyfriend ordered his watch it took him 4 hrs because they needed someone to come to the store n resize it then when we ordered my ring they didnt size it right twice n when my boyfriend ordered his it was to small then when he got it back again it was big n had to put it on a diffrent finger then he wanted
