The items are cheap and the nose ring I got turned my nose green around the hole. Update, second nose ring also turned my nose green around the hole.

Terrible experience getting my daughter's ears pierced. First time they were very uneven, and one side angled down so the back of the earring was visible at the bottom of her lobe. Went back to have the bad side redone so it was even with the other, and they said she'd have to have both sides repierced and I would be charged full price.. Employee and manager both very rude. I was disgusted that they pierced the ears of what looked to be a 3 year old child who was screaming and wailing that she didn't want her ears pierced. Manager just told the mom to hold the kid's arms down while she screamed. I will never go back there. Removing my daughter's piercings to let them completely over and will go somewhere else to get them done right.

I just got my ears pierced here and they charged me $162.00 for 5 piercings when 1 of them was clearly not the same as the other side. Never going here ever again. The pricing is ridiculous.

There is an older lady working there who is very aggressive and extremely rude. I made the mistake of asking which register was open and she raised her voice and caused a scene because I didn't move fast enough. There was a group of about 5 by the register and i was trying to figure out if they were in line or still looking. So i didn't jump in front of them. The whole store was looking at me. This lady is crazy. Scares small children. Be warned.

It's ok. Overpriced but nice workers. Against their unprofessional ear piercings though...
