Matt was very professional and explained the whole process. The place was very clean and tools were pulled right from sterile packaging in front of me. Would definitely recommend and go again, no issues with my piercings whatsoever!

Clean sterile environment. Instruments, needles and jewelry were in sterile packaging. My daughter got her ears pierced they were very gentle and explained everything to her. They talked to her as a person and didn’t look to me to talk for her, which as a parent is much appreciated.

My friend and I both got our Conch pierced together. Staff was friendly and patient! No problems with the piercing. I’d recommend!
