Great place for a lot of various needs
I had called to arrange a time for pick up on a brand new mattress that didnt work out for us, we bought another mattress, so we wanted to donate the first one. Left them a detailed voicemail at 9 am. Waited until 1pm to try again and immediately had my head bit off.. I said, "hi, I had called earlier about donating a bed.." she cut me off and replied, "got your message." .... but I never got a call back?? Anyway, the call proceeded with me being treated like an inconvenience to her. She was the most rude woman I've ever spoken to. Therefore, we will be donating the mattress elsewhere or maybe give it to a friend or something. It's a very nice and expensive mattress but apparently memory foam isn't for the husband. Whether your job entitles customer service or not, you just don't treat people like that!
