My rings were purchased out of state. I went in with an issue.. I swung a kettle bell with my rings on and unfortunately they were bent up. I contacted Mark Jewellers to see if they offered service for this since my rings weren’t purchased there. I went in and had my engagement ring reshaped and soldered to my wedding band. They cleaned and polished them as if they were brand new. The service I received was exceptional. The ladies who helped me were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend this local jeweler to anyone!

I have been a customer of Mark Jewellers for 11 years. My grandfather died recently, and I was given his watch. When the battery ran out and it needed some TLC there was no doubt in my mind who would be doing the work. Competitive pricing, excellent customer service, and sales associates who remember me and my family by name...I cannot recommend Mark Jewellers enough. I picked up the watch today and was very pleased.

We have always had good luck with service and buying beautiful jewelry at Mark Jeweler’s. Meg has helped my husband purchase jewelry for special occasions for our 3 girls and myself. This week I received a beautiful Ruby set for our 40th wedding anniversary and I’ve worn it ever since. You always get wonderful customer service with this group. It’s the only place we will buy our gifts and jewelry.

I have been going there for years. There is no better place to buy your jewelry. The staff is great and so friendly. This is the only place to buy diamonds. So please go visit them. You won't regret it. I love those girls

I came in looking for a vintage-inspired ring and found even better — two one-of-kind estate rings! It feels so special having two new-to-me pieces with histories of their own. I got them resized in less than a week, and now they’re perfect for me. They are gorgeous. The absolute best part of the experience was the A+ customer service. We had fun together, and I felt valued and taken take of. This was my first time in Mark Jewellers, and I will be a customer for life. Thank you for the exceptional service with a smile.
