The store is a mess and hard to shop. The same run of shirts are spread across 5 different racks. Men's and women's mixed together. Women's and kids mixed together. Clearance and regular price mixed. Not everything that is clearance has a marked down tag on it. I get it's an outlet store but there could be some organization to it.
Great selection of Illinois and Wisconsin teams gear. Good customer service too.
Rep behind the counter was carring on a personal conversation on her cel phone the entire time my boyfriend and I shopped. It was hard to approch her with any questions because I did not want to interrupt her loud conversation. I May shop here again when I feel valued as a customer because they did have some ok merch, just horrible customer service.
Amazing there was merch for almost all teams in the nba nfl and mlb also the clerk Khalil was very nice and really helped look for items.
Came at 1:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and the doors are just locked with no note or explanation why. Not a great customer experience.
