The park and shopping are two different places. Park is just a flat grassy 2 block or so long area of space. The shopping down the street is a grocery store, drug store, Chinese restaurant, bank, dollar type store and maybe a couple others. Oh and a gas station that's been closed for practically a decade! Best thing they could do for the neighborhood is level it all and start over!

The mail is convenient instead of long distance. The prices are good for around the corner. Now we will give Festival and Meijer our business

Its convenient as you have several places to shop in one area. There's the pig, CVS, family dollar and a couple others. I shop there frequently.
