Aging shopping area that has been losing occupancy for quite some time with commensurate loss of infrastructure and amenities. The resulting lack in maintenance compounds the declining nature of the area. It it wasn't for a limited number of eating establishments, it would have an abandoned feel. Persistent loitering hasn't helped the situation much, either. Without a savior or a miracle, Sun Plaza is looking at it's sunset.
