Cinemark Tinseltown USA

Normally I would give them forced hours because their staff is courteous, usually not friendly though. Their food is pricey and decent but neither cheap nor good. But their admission prices are low enough and their seats are relatively comfortable that I have thoroughly enjoyed going to dozens of movies there. With my work schedule I am off on Tuesdays so I have seen almost every new movie that has come out in the past two years at this theater... I've even gone to a few since lock downs started. Last time I went was a letdown as far as service and product. The movie was good yeah, but they have stopped giving free refills even though their buckets still have the free refill tag on them and I had to wait for associates for a good 5 minutes before I can get my food... I will be going back but would not take more than a couple more bad experiences, when no new movies are coming out, to make it more worth my time to watch Netflix. I sincerely hope that anyone reading this to the end will give them a shot and that you will enjoy the theater like I have in the past. I just don't understand why customer service would go down with decreased customers and why you would rather throw away the spare popcorn then to honor the free refills that are ADVERTISED on the bucket. If you're not going to give free refills, remove the free refill tag. It's not that hard.

Rented a theater for 8 of us. Raiders was awesome! Good clean theater. Glad they are back!

It was very clean. The staff were all younger, as I exited, but they were kind and friendly. I saw 2 movies in 2 days. I'd definitely go back again.

Loved the social distancing. Enjoyed the movie...
