Reposting my review. I gave two stars for the two employees there who treated me nicely. The Doctor was absolutely amazing, and so was the lady who did my exam with him. I’m not sure where these reviews saying the staff is so wonderful came from. I’m not hard to please, I’d like to think I’m flexible, patient and very “go with the flow”, I try to be polite and understanding. Not sure if they were busy or having a bad day, but I honestly felt really uncomfortable. I felt like the staff was being rude, like they didn’t want to help me, standoffish. I just felt the attitude they projected when I spoke to them. After my exam was complete I was excited to pick out some glasses because I really can’t see and it makes me nervous. I guess our insurance company isn’t one they frequently work with, and the employee helping me made it very known. They complained in front of me about it. Saying it was frustrating, annoying, they didn’t know what to do. They acted so frazzled out. I was just embarrassed. I ended up not liking any of the glasses, and after hearing them complain so much, I just wanted to leave... I asked for a copy of my prescription and left. I’ll buy my glasses somewhere else. I can’t agree that all the staff was wonderful. I honestly didn’t like interacting with most of them. I really appreciate the Doctor though. He was very kind, and i also like the lady I’d seen prior to seeing him. I don’t remember her name but she was very sweet and considerate.

The most accommodating, friendly, competent eye care I have ever had. They were very innovative and went out of their way to help me out when I lost my glasses while here visiting from out of state. They got me right in for an eye check and prescription, then had me seeing again before I even left!! Even though I’m from out of state, they are my eye care provider now!

Very professional group of people. Very short wait time for appointment. Way too many papers to sign! Has to be a way to get the same thing done on a computer with electronic signature! Matt is always great & answers questions satisfactory. Would recommend to others.

Dr. Hunter was the nicest optomitrist I've ever had....very warm and makes you feel comfortable. Pleasant experience all around!

Dr. Hunter and staff are very professional and so nice. The young lady that helped me choose my glasses was so sweet and patient. In the past I went else where to get glasses but I will continue to see Dr. Hunter.
