Mount Graham Family Practice

I visited this facility today although not as a patient. I have an odor removal and sanitization business and I was offering my services. The Director took time out of her busy day to discuss what services I can provide. She could have just taken my business card and sent me away. That really says a lot about a facility. Thank you very much for making a difference in your patients lives and mine.

This place has great doctors and they really care and listen to see what's going on with you and their office staff is amazing and will help you out in any way they can great place highly recommend

This has been our doctor's office since we moved to the area over 4 years ago and they are wonderful! The receptionists and nurses are so helpful and sweet with my kids. Dr. Kartchner is our go to guy but we've had several visits with some of the other doctors and they are all great. They have taken great care of our growing family!

Dr. Batty is truly an amazing doctor and I recommend him 100% but there have been a few times where I’ve had to wait over an hour to be seen. Kind of ridiculous. But none to less still recommend him, because I have never seen a doctor that cares as much about his patients as he does.

My daughter and I have some depression, anxiety and panic disorder and we are so apprehensive about trying new doctors and Dr. Batty was recommended to us, WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE the way he made us feel comfortable and calming our fears. He is now no longer able to see us because of our insurance and my daughter and I are panicking about seeing someone else, we weren't notified by your office that we couldn't see Dr. Batty until we were needing refills on our meds that keeps our lives running smoothly. Prior to this incident we had appt with Dr. Batty and the office insured us the situation was being handled about him renewing his contract with our insurance, well we called for refills and were informed then that EVERYONE else in the office takes our insurance but not Dr. Batty and the receptionist wasn't very good at helping us as far as who we should see, we know nothing of any of the other doctors or NP there, so we are flying blind. This is a very scary situation for people with the disorders we suffer from. I wish we could have been informed and sent some information on some of your other doctors and NP. We have an appointment with an NP Thursday, so we are a little filled with anxiousness, but hopefully we will be able to get back with Dr Batty soon or get more information on others in your office because we really like going there, we drive in from Morenci to do so. My daughter's 2 little toddlers love it there as well as her husband. We've even suggested other people to your office.
