I was getting ready to move and had heard mostly positive things about the store. I ended up purchasing a power recline and power sofa because I was informed it was available (checked 3 times to make sure). Received a phone call a couple weeks after buying the furniture stating that the sofa was going to be pushed back about 3 weeks from original delivery date Sept. 8th to Sept 20th, but they would deliver the recliner early. I'm a reasonable person, things happen and plus I didn't have any furniture after moving. 8 DAYS LATER (very key) I am informed via voicemail my sofa has been moved to Oct. 20th. Now I am frustrated, call customer service about the change in dates. Did not receive any sort of information except, well other store aren't delivering until January or February. I DIDN'T BUY FROM ANOTHER STORE, I BOUGHT FROM YOUR STORE and was given a specific delivery date. Then I was told the return policy after receiving furniture is 7 DAYS. The sales person was very nice, and did not push me to make a purchase. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me different options. I would give her 5/5. The company on the other hand, terrible.

My wife and I purchased a full bedroom set from here and we love it! The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Our sales person was knowledgeable and the whole process was painless. We love the set!

My sales person was Melissa Kuester , a very awesome person, easy to get along with and super friendly. She talked me through a few things I was wondering about coming into the store, and helped me purchase a Holloway sofa, and a pillow that my cat already claimed as his own. (The black pillow I planned on getting for him anyway lol)nnThe store was amazing, well lit, and well organized. For my first time ever being inside a Room Place store, I would definitely come back again and recommend to others.nnThanks again Melissa! You rock! ud83eudd18
