I was in an accident and called 911 for the other party (at fault) because they were injuried. Somers fire dept attended to her meanwhile i pulled my vehicle (no leaks or broken glass) away from the seen. Somers fire dept did absolutely nothing for me but sent me a bill for almost $800. Talked to powerless answerless 3rd party biller made nonsense excuses. Granted I dont have to pay it but light still needs to be shined on this disgusting behavior. I seen in the papers that Somers has fiscal issues but strong arming and almost just stealing to fund your fire dept. Pathetic.....
