Great owner! But this location is closed until further notice.
This place is an absolute wonderland of toy and comic shop. The owner is amazingly knowledgeable and friendly, super helpful, and if you don't see it by all means ask! I found action figures I had been looking for for years. We looked around for over an hour and didn't even get a chance to look through the comics. If you love comics and the associated toys, do yourself a favor and arrange your schedule around Inner Child's. His hours are limited, plan accordingly, but it's so worth it!
Very nice shop. My husband and I were really pleased with the selection of comic books, toys and vintage games. The prices are excellent, much more so than many comic book stores in the north suburbs. The owner was very nice and helpful. Will definitely return to browse again.
This store has a wonderful selection, reasonable prices, and the fellow who runs it is a marvelous person who is an expert in his field. By far the best vintage comic and collectibles store I've ever been in.
Great selection and amazing prices! Picked up Earthworm Jim for a pretty good price, and they had some other good games too, being priced way better than eBay! Would recommend for any comic, game, or figure collector!
