If you can't open up, so I can see that I get the food that I ordered. Make sure you are giving people what they ordered. Because I didn't get that. I was driving down interstate 90 reached in for my soft shells and I had 2 chicken burritos with 2 hard shells. Didn't turn around. So you are getting a bad review:(

8/2/2020 I rarely come through here, but when I do, I like to enjoy some Taco Bell. Today I wanted to enjoy some hard shell tacos, but the dining room was closed. I’m not going to try and walk through the drive through. Car as a-holes on the highway, I’m not taking my chances walking through there. Open your dining area to truckers.

Horrible!! Went through the drive-thru, and they messed up the order and didn't give me 2 items I paid for. No big deal, pulled over and went to the door. The kid working the door told me I have to call corporate. I told him that they just now messed up my order, and pointed to where I was parked. He came back a minute later and said they were making it now. Waited 20 minutes. Told another kid the issue, he looked at me like I had 5 heads. So I pulled back into the drive-thru and blocked it. Another kid (yes, the 3rd one i have talked to now) asked what I was doing. Told him my problem and showed him my bag of food. Only then did they take me seriously and made my 2 missing items. 45 total minutes at this place...

when i go to taco bell i always get chili cheese burritos. Its always the same nice and full of chili except mauston. Barely any chili at all 3 times now and thats the last time i go there. Looks like its the dells from now on.
