Just bought a water collector, took it home to clean and set it up to find out the item that’s meant to retain water and it’s only purpose is to retain water....is completely shattered on the bottom.nnI’d have to imagine this item was kept in inventory strategically because there’s a no return policy due to the Covid virus. Out $40 never going back, would recommend not purchasing anything from here. They get these items completely free and sell them for a massive profit just to sell broken and unusable items. A joke.
We left the store shortly after arrival after noticing that over 50% of the people in the store were not wearing masks, including the two employees.
I stopped in here four years ago and discovered the prices were way too high. 4 years later no change, they haven't learned a thing. I thought the idea was to help your community and others. These are items you're getting for free and yes you are using this money to help build homes but what about helping the people within your own community?
LEWIS HAS ATTITUDE PROBLEMS AND YELLS IN FRONT OF PATRONS, INCLUDING MYSELF?
In comparison to other Habitat ReStore this is more like a high priced antique store. The prices of are used items are equal to Door Busters at Big Box Stores. For Antique collector or old house restorer this is a great place.
