Initially when I bought the mattress I was very pleased! Now I've had this mattress since Fall of 2017 & it is totally sinking in the area of hips & shoulders, & I'm not an obese person! I wouldn't suggest purchasing from this company, inferior product! I would like to know if any other customers have had the same or similar issues!

Nobody ever answers the phone, I filled out an application a week ago and have called everyday since and still have not been able to get ahold of one person. They say they need people but obviously not bad enough because they dont pick up the phone for people looking for work.
