I have been going to Safeway Pharmacy for years. I was able to go in and get my prescription in an hour after bringing it in. I was treated nice and the service was great. I do not know what happened this last year. Now it takes hours and sometimes the next day. I have called and they said they had 200 prescriptions in front of me. The service is horrible! Or it could be just the one tech that is rude and makes the pharmacy look bad? The wait for transfers is days. Yesterday I waited with 8 people in front of me. We waited for 50 minutes!!!! I am transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I miss the way Safeway use to be.

The waiting time to pick up a prescription is crazy long. Last time there 5 people were ahead of me in line and I had to wait what seemed like a half hour to get served. There are two registers there. Both should be staffed when the line gets long. That does not happen. Otherwise the staff there are great....

Always awesome they worked with us and we have a RX's down to very little compared to Walgreens they are just out to get as much as they can.....
