I went in because somehow I bent my wedding ring in a way that wouldn't even let me wear it. Marsha took it, made it circular again and cleaned it and didn't charge me! Go to a big box jewelry store and see if they treat you like that! Thank you Krueger Jeweler!

After talking with two other jewelers that were not willing to work with us on our custom ring, we were very disappointed. After going to Krueger jewelers however, we were so happy to hear that they were more than willing to work with us to get the ring we wanted. We had her mom's diamond fitted into the ring I bought, and it looks amazing. It was a very fair price to get this done, and they even readjusted the prongs on the ring when the diamond was getting loose. An amazing business, and such nice staff.
Have a 14k custom Italian gold piece that needed extra links the company didn't have it but Krueger was willing to make me two gold links to add onto the bracelet since the company didn't have any on stock got it back they were casted well and fits great
