Dr. Petersen and all of his medical staff are extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Had all 4 wisdom teeth out at once and it went smoothly, despite the fact that my case was a little more complex than most. I ended up getting dry socket afterwards and I came back for a follow up a week later. They were super helpful again and had no problem taking care of me. On top of all this, this support staff always answered the phone, and most importantly, was very communicative with my insurance. I am definitely having my wife have her wisdom teeth done here. Couldn’t ask for a better office.

I have.had two extractions and implants performed at Dr. Petersen’s office and both experiences were the best. The doctor and his staff are extremely caring and professional and accommodating. He did a top notch job on both implants. Highly recommend.

Beware they are terrible about making sure your insurance covers it I was told multiple times before my procedure and was told it was covered but it wasn’t

Awful experience! Our son did not want anesthesia and was incredibly nervous about getting it. We wanted to be in the room till he went to sleep, Dr Peterson was forceful and said we have to leave or he was going to stop surgery and make us all leave! He was rude, would not listen that we did not want to cause problems or stay for procedure just till he went to sleep. He was rude! I tried to remind him about the conversation we had about it and wouldn’t even acknowledge the conversation took place. He kept citing his offices policy. I asked the ladies at the desk for print outs of what I signed. Sure enough, it says “doctor has a right to do anything he wants” I didn’t realize it was to act so unprofessional! Do not waste your hard earned money on this man.

Dr. Peterson and his staff are awesome. Had all four wisdom teeth removed and it was a piece of cake! We drove all the way from Pagosa Springs Co. and would gladly do it again. Thank you Dr. Peterson and your staff, you did a great job!
